No. This journal is a tool for exploration, wherever you are on your journey.
Is this therapy ?
No. It can complement a therapeutic process, but it doesn’t replace it.
Is it suitable if I’m already sober ?
Yes. Even if you’re sober, it can help you reflect and grow in your journey.
When I place an order, will I receive a printed copy?
No. Once your payment is completed, a new window will open with a link allowing you to download the PDF. You will also receive an email containing the same link, which will remain valid for 30 days. You can then print the document or use it on a digital tablet.
